Average dps/healing bonus/HP and def rating (tanks)?

Erian's Heal bonus is 3154. At Festergut he does 7k hps average.
Erinn's Heal bonus is 2407, higher in tree form ofc. At NRB TOTGC she did about 3.8k average hps (can't recall exactly).
Ossa's +spell is 2544. He does over 4k average in 5-mans (9k on Loken <3 heroism). I don't have a lot of data on 10-mans, but over 4k. |

Erian has seen most of the game from ZG and cleared most instances with Easy. Sunwell was an exception, think we only got one boss there. Think I only had 4/5 MH too. Erian is 5/12 for ICC-10 and ICC-25. Erinn has always had less opportunity in 25-man. Erinn is 4/12 ICC-10. Ossa is baby mage also 4/12 ICC-10. Erian has lead Easy 25-mans and 10-mans, but I'm not a great RL. |

Started with Defiance 2006 morphed into Arcanium 2006. This folded in late 2006, was trialled and accepted into Easy Dec 2006. Erian has been officer in Easy for much of that period and GM for a short transitional period. From Oct 2008-Feb 2009 approx, Erian left to join an exclusive 10-man guild made up of friends, Vintage. For a while we were probably the number one 10-man guild on the server, and we had only two H so that had to do. During this period, Erinn was allowed to stay in Easy and raid some 25-mans with them. After we achieved what we set out to do, 6 of the friends essentially dropped out of the game, so I returned to Easy. |

What is your reason for leaving your last guild?

I've put a lot of time and heart and soul into Easy over the last few years as officer, trying to uphold its ethos and trying to make it a good raiding guild whilst also preserving that ethos and equality of membership for all. This isn't simple, as your officers will know. Playing like a hardcore guild, but not allowing raid stacking or pref spots for the "best" players is a knife-edge balance, and comes with downsides as well as upsides. I felt lately that a small number of players didn't want that anymore, and some things were said that made me feel terribly betrayed, so that everything I'd helped to build (and indeed long before they arrived) was being subverted to selfishness. Well, I know there's selfishness in the game, and I can live with that, but I hoped never to see it in Easy. It's a choice I make that I will step away from Easy, partly because I can make a clean start unencumbered and partly because they deserve a chance to re-assess themselves away from my influence. Easy remains a great guild. I'm friends still with just about everyone in it, and have mutual respect for those few I don't call friends. The officers there are superb and I'll stay happy to raid casually with them. But I want a clean start where I can play with a light heart. (I hope this makes sense.) |

We ask guild members to commit to a minimum of 2 raids per week. When will you usually be online?

I can play Mon, some Thu, Most Fri, Sat and Sun. I play badminton Tue. I sing in a choir Weds and I play bridge Thu with some inter-town matches on Sun afternoons. |

I'm applying with my main, Erian as Hpriest. Healing is what I love. I've also given links above to my other two main alts because sometimes a guild needs the flexibility to swap out a main for an alt, depending on raid strat. These are less well-geared, of course.
Erinn, my resto druid played with you on Sunday, helping your first kill for NRB in TotGC-25. My first kill too, because Easy hasn't done that yet.
Ossa, my mage, played with you in ICC-10 a couple of weeks ago (I think).
I have a L80 warlock (Diawa) and a L46 Pala (Iraen) on a horde server. Not playing these at the moment.
I have a L23 shammy (Chrija) which I'm levelling atm, but I have to say it is dull as hell. |

What made you apply to Evolution of Old and what do you hope to get out of being a member?

Playing with you on Sunday reminded me of the fun of 25-man raiding. I liked the way the raid was lead. I liked the way that ppl had fun. I liked the good-natured banter on vent. I liked that dps did their jobs. This was very close to what Easy raids used to feel like (and like many still do). What really surprised me was to find on this server a guild similar to Easy. By leaving Easy I knew I was committing suicide in a way. I don't want to join a hardcore guild. But maybe there can be life after that death? As a member I hope to have fun without the hassle I routinely faced as an Easy officer. I imagine I will find a new bunch of friends, looking forward to that. I can contribute a lot of experience too. |

I know you're closed to everything but tanks at the moment. I'll wait my turn. I'm happy to play on any of my toons. Erian (hpriest) is a better natural healer than Erinn, and is better geared. I am loving playing my baby mage and he is putting out very good damage atm, which can only improve with better gear. |
