Average dps/healing bonus/HP and def rating (tanks)?	I have no idea, sorry. This is my one weak point, figuring out the numbers.

What is your reason for leaving your last guild?	Moved to NL, had abysmal internet connection.
We ask guild members to commit to a minimum of 2 raids per week. When will you usually be online?	Days when needed, and evenings.
Can you understand English well? Do you use ventrilo/have a mic?	Yes, I can both read and write in English. I have Vent, and a headset. :)
Have you used DKP before? If so, are you prepared to use it?	Yes, I have used it before. I'm certain it won't be a problem.
What other toons have you? What are their names/class/level?	I have about 4 lower level toons, all under 40. I rarely play them, and have them in a private guild for storage atm.
What made you apply to Evolution of Old and what do you hope to get out of being a member?	I really enjoyed raiding and helping out with Evo before I left for NL. I hope to get some fun times, and experiences.
