Evolution of Old - Membership Policy – (For New Recruits/Applicants)

Membership to the guild is via online application where questions will be asked and comments passed. The more enthusiastic your application and the more pro-active you are in responding to questions, the better your chances.

A successful applicant is invited for a trial period of approx. one month, during which time we can assess their suitability and see how they fit in with our current members. After this trial period, the new guildie will be ranked according to gear/raid output or informed that their trial has been unsuccessful and asked to leave.

Guild members agree to commit to 2/3 raids per week. We understand that real life could affect this commitment from time to time and ask that if you are unable to raid for whatever reason, that you contact an officer, or post on the 'AFK or Can't make it' section of the forum.

Evolution of Old has a raiding policy which is located in the 'Raiding chat' section of the forum. All guild members should read and acknowledge this.

The forums are essential to Evo. Members are expected to sign up to the forums and encouraged to visit at least once a week. Aside from the obvious social benefits, all information pertaining to the running of the guild, such as raiding, dkp, classes, etc, are stored and updated on the forums. We encourage members to give their constructive feedback on discussions there, as it helps officers understand how things are working in-guild.

The guild uses a DKP policy for raiding and banking.
